The apartment also has a small garage where bicycles, surfboards and other sports material can be stored.
The building is equipped with a lift.
The apartments large terrace, where you also find the washing machine, is furnished with table and chairs for outdoor breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The city of Marina di Grosseto is a renowned tourist resort at just 12 km from Grosseto in Tuscany.
This important seaside resort in the Maremma, it is known for its wide sandy beaches overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, with a vast pine forest in its back, known as ‘Pineta del Tombolo’, which extends from Punta Ala to the hills of the ‘Uccellina’.
The town center develops from the estuary of the San Rocco outlet, until the border of the Natural Park of The Maremma, not far from the mouth of the Ombrone river.

The apartment’s furnishing is brand new. The beds are cosy. Everything is really clean. The house is actually pretty close to the sea, the view is fantastic from the balcony! The hosts are nice! I recommended!

Mooi appartement met uitzicht op zee. Van alle gemakken voorzien en functioneel ingericht. Fijn dat parkeren op het terrein mogelijk was. Ideaal voor een strandvakantie, leuke boulevard en ontelbaar veel strandtenten maar op rijafstand ook veel mooiesee more

Ideaal voor een strandvakantie, leuke boulevard en ontelbaar veel strandtenten maar op rijafstand ook veel mooie bezienswaardigheden. Directe achterland afgezien van het dennenbos wat saaiere landbouwvlaktes. Maar overall het appartement top en zeer aan te raden. Enkel even opletten qua bedlinnen/handdoeken, wij dachten dat dit inclusief was, maar moesten hier toch nog voor betalen.

Una piacevole esperienza. L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato, di nuova ristrutturazione, era ben pulito, funzionale e arredato con gusto. Molto bella la terrazza, che affaccia su una pinetina, ampia e con vista mare. Comoda la vicinanza alle see more

L'host è stata molto accogliente, disponibile e attenta alle nostre esigenze.

Bellissimo mangiare sul balcone che ha sempre una parte all'ombra..per non parlare della vista mare!Attraversando la strada ci sono tutti i lidi,oltre che la spiaggia libera(tralaltro nell'appartamento era presente anche un ombrellone da spiaggia,se non si volesse usufruire dei lidi privati). Con un bimbo piccolo,non dover utilizzare auto per andare in spiaggia è stata una salvezza!Per ultimo,ma non per importanza, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei propretari,chiari e veloci nelle risposte e ricchi di consigli su cose da fare nella zona.Che altro dire,abbiamo passato 10 giorni splendidi,e se torneremo a Marina di Grosseto,certamente ritorneremo qui.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Maria hat bei der Einrichtung an alles gedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Maria ist sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
