In the historic center of the medieval village of Massa Marittima, this magnificent apartment where ancient and modern merge to create unique environments, welcomes all the guests who, even in vacation, do not give up the pleasure of staying in elegant places rich of charm.

Among the ancient stone walls that naturally insulate the apartment, the modern furnishings and the latest generation of technological devices guarantee guests a comfortable and peaceful stay.

The entrance on the street level leads to an open space with a dining table, a peninsula kitchen fully equipped and with all modern appliances and, at the end, a living room area furnished with a comfortable and large sofa (also a bed) and a large television. A window, equipped with a mosquito net, overlooks the hilly landscape that surrounds the village. In front of the kitchen space, on the right, is a first bathroom with shower and a modern spiral staircase that leads to the mezzanine furnished with a comfortable sofa bed.
In the middle of the living room area, a small hallway leads to the double bedroom with a modern en suite bathroom, also with shower. This bedroom also has a window with a mosquito net overlooking the tuscan landscape.

The apartment is perfect for one or two couples who want to explore the beauties of Tuscany and the Maremma, discover the villages rich in history and the tasty Italian food and wine traditions, but also the beautiful beaches of the coast and the crystal clear sea.

We do not recommend the apartment for small children as the very steep spiral staircase could be a danger for their safety.
