This lovely apartment in Tuscany is located on the ground floor of a small condominium, 300 meters from the sea and the beaches, surrounded by a fenced garden in which you find also your private parking space.
In front of the entrance door you find a small terrace where you can enjoy all your meals outside and the coolness of the pine forest.
This two-room apartment has been completely renovated and equipped with all the necessary and modern comforts to make your stay comfortable and pleasant.
From the terrace you enter directly into an open space that integrates the living room and the kitchen. The nice and modern furnishings includes a dining table and a double sofa bed. In the living room there is also a large television and a beautiful pellet stove that makes the stay pleasant even during the cooler periods of the year.
Behind the living room lies the well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, coffee machine..). Large windows give light to the entire kitchen level and cooking space.
The bedroom is spacious and can be accessed from the living room. There is a large double bed, a large wardrobe, a cupboard...
On the left side from the kitchen you access the large, modern bathroom with its spacious shower.
This apartment is ideal for a couple who wants to spend a relaxing holiday just few steps from the sandy beach of Marina di Grosseto and taking advantage of the central location to walk to the center of the village with all the shops, bars, restaurants. The presence of the fenced garden makes the holiday peaceful even for a child who can sleep or in the sofa bed or in a small crib in the room and play in the garden without any danger.

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit dem Wasserbezug, hatten wir am kommenden Morgen nach einem kurzen Besuch des Handwerkers fließend Wasser. Die ebenerdige Wohnung ist für zwei Personen zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Dusche ist geräumig und modern usee more
Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit dem Wasserbezug, hatten wir am kommenden Morgen nach einem kurzen Besuch des Handwerkers fließend Wasser. Die ebenerdige Wohnung ist für zwei Personen zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Dusche ist geräumig und modern und die Küche für zwei Personen ausgesprochen großzügig dimensioniert und die wichtigsten Kochutensilien vorhanden. Der Vorplatz mit einem vorgelagerten Garten ist mit einem Tisch ausgerüstet an dem wir gerne gesessen sind. Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit es sich auf einem Liegestuhl oder bequemen Sessel im weitläufigen Garten des Mehrfamilienhauses gemütlich zu machen um zu lesen oder sich auszuruhen. Die Pinienbäume im Garten und im Quartier geben im Sommer eine angenehme Frische. Der Garten ist lückenlos eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund mit viel Neugier durch den Garten streifen konnte. Der Weg bis zum Strand ist kurz nur einige Gehminuten alles geradeaus.

Vicino al mare (sia spiaggia libera che attrezzata) e a diversi luoghi di divertimento (luna park, aree gioco per tutti i livelli di età dei bambini/ragazzi, campi di tennis). E' abbastanza vicino al centro (circa 7-8 min a piedi), mentre dista un po' di più dal minimarket (circa 11-12 min a piedi), però ci sono altri negozi più vicini da cui attingere in caso di necessità. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, il posto era tranquillo e silenzioso e abbastanza pulito al nostro arrivo. Una lode particolare all'agenzia, molto disponibile (ci ha permesso di fare il check in un po' in anticipo rispetto a quanto era previsto inizialmente).

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dieci giorni. Lo consigliamo anche per chi, come noi,ha bambini, perché il cortile è recintato e quindi molto sicuro per loro. Appartamento come da descrizione,pulita,spaziosa e ordinata. Host molto cordiali e disponibilissimi! Molto elastici in fase di check in. Posizione buona rispetto alle spiagge,private e libere. Parcheggio ad uso esclusivo nel cortile davvero molto utile. Per essere stata la nostra prima esperienza con Airbnb non potevamo chiedere di meglio!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, mit allen praktischen Haushaltsgeräten. Sogar das Schlafsofa ist sehr bequem. Sehr entspannend ist der eingezäunte Garten für Kinder und Hund, man muss nicht dauernd aufpassen. Es ist auch genügend Platz z.B. zum see more

Das Meer ist von der Straße aus auf Sichtweite!

This small but practical and fully equipped apartment is located in the pine wood of 'Rosmarina', a residential area of Marina di Grosseto. The sea and the beaches are 300 meters away and in a few minutes you can reach the city center. Highlight is the large fully equipped private garden with gazebo with table and chairs, brick barbecue, Hollywood swing .... There is no problem parking the car in front of the house on the street. A short staircase leads to a nice terrace with sun shade, table and chairs, ideal for a leisurely breakfast or to enjoy an aperitif before diner.
