The swimming pool is shared with the guests of the other apartment of the structure. The apartment, on the first floor, consists of a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining / living room room with a sofa that can be transformed into a bed if necessary, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and also a bunk bed and one with two single beds. The room with the single beds has an en suite bathroom with washing machine. A second bathroom overlooks the corridor. Both baths are with a shower. It is an excellent starting point for spending days at the beach, but also for visiting Grosseto, Siena, Pisa, Florence or Rome or the small Maremma towns rich in history and famous for their food and wine specialities.
