This lovely apartment in Tuscany is located on the ground floor of a small condominium, 300 meters from the sea and the beaches, surrounded by a fenced garden in which you find also your private parking space. In front of the entrance door you find a small terrace where you can enjoy all your meals outside and the coolness of the pine forest. This two-room apartment has been completely renovated and equipped with all the necessary and modern comforts to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. From the terrace you enter directly into an open space that integrates the living room and the kitchen. The nice and modern furnishings includes a dining table and a double sofa bed. In the living room there is also a large television and a beautiful pellet stove that makes the stay pleasant even during the cooler periods of the year. Behind the living room lies the well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, coffee machine..). Large windows give light to the entire kitchen level and cooking space. The bedroom is spacious and can be accessed from the living room. There is a large double bed, a large wardrobe, a cupboard... On the left side from the kitchen you access the large, modern bathroom with its spacious shower. This apartment is ideal for a couple who wants to spend a relaxing holiday just few steps from the sandy beach of Marina di Grosseto and taking advantage of the central location to walk to the center of the village with all the shops, bars, restaurants. The presence of the fenced garden makes the holiday peaceful even for a child who can sleep or in the sofa bed or in a small crib in the room and play in the garden without any danger.
